Popcorn Topper

So Martha to the rescue again!  I found this popcorn topper recipe in the September issue of Everyday Food for 'cheesy garlic' popcorn.  I made it last night and it was absolutely delicious!

Recipe is as follows:

1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Drizzle some form of vegetable oil over the popcorn.  I used safflower oil because I heard it has some health benefits and is rumoured to 'melt' belly fat, so hey why not???

Then, toss the popcorn with the popcorn topper mix.

The only thing I would do differently for next time is that I would double the recipe so that there would be more of a pronounced flavour.  Very delicious though!
